This timeline outlines the journey of our memorial reef service, from booking your memorial reef, to transporting your ashes to Bali, and placing the reef underwater. Due to the detailed nature of the process and its reliance on weather conditions, the timeline may take between 6 to 8 months. To be part of our upcoming reef in February 2025, please place your order by January 2025. Throughout the entire process, we will provide you with updates to keep you closely connected with your memorial’s progress.

Period to order current service: During these months, you can book and purchase a spot for our pet memorial service. Availability is limited to only 20 spots, with bookings open until January 2025.

Craftsmanship of Memorial Reefs in Bali: During this phase, the Resting Reef team in collaboration with the local community, will craft each pet memorial with the utmost care.

Placement of Memorial Reef underwater: Once all the memorial reefs are completed from the craftsmanship process, our team will individually place each reef at our designated underwater site in Bali.

Home delivery of the “Tribute Box”: After your memorial reef is placed underwater, we will send you a personalised Tribute Box. This special package includes a miniature version of your memorial reef (with or without ashes, based on your preference), a certificate with the GPS location of your reef in Bali, and more. It’s designed to create a warm, meaningful experience where rituals of remembrance can happen in the comfort of your home.

Restoration updates: Three months after the reefs are placed underwater, the team will return to the memorial site to maintain, assess, and document the reefs, making sure they are thriving.
